In Central Oregon, winter temperatures can freeze irrigation lines and crack valves, pipes, and sprinkler heads. Our winter irrigation blowout clears trapped water from every zone and prepares your system for the season.
We always send a licensed irrigation professional—not all companies do. We use calibrated compressed air at safe PSI/CFM and visually confirm each zone is fully blown out.
Most blowouts happen late October through early November, depending on the weather.
$95 for up to 4 zones (minimum). Each additional zone is $10. Simple, straightforward, and no surprise fees.
We charge an additional $10 fee for Terrabonne, Bend, and Powell Butte, and Crooked River Ranch.
This does not include discounts or coupons. Any coupons / discounts will change the above price for only one season unless otherwise stated.
Minor, on-the-spot adjustments are included when feasible. Larger repairs are quoted separately.
New customers: We like to meet you in person on the first visit. If you can’t meet, please be available by phone during your window.
We’ll leave your system safely off for winter. Please avoid turning the controller back on or opening any valves until spring startup.
We serve Redmond, Bend, Powell Butte, Eagle Crest, and nearby areas.
For returning customers, not necessarily—if we have access to your controller and zones. For first-time customers, we prefer to meet in person; if that’s not possible, please be available by phone.
Yes—when done correctly. We use safe PSI/CFM, cycle zones, and avoid dead-heading lines. (Dead-heading means forcing air against a closed valve or blocked line with nowhere for the air/water to exit—something we avoid to protect your system.)
Unless the ground is frozen down pretty deep, we can usually still blow out the system to reduce further/possible damage.
We default to annual service—winter blowout and spring startup—so you’re covered each year without extra steps. Also, Yes! We Email every season and make sure you are scheulded.
